Direct Dental Referrals app for iPhone and iPad

Direct Dental Referrals is an app aimed in eliminating the need for referral pads. Once set up you can send referrals to your preferred specialists in just a few taps.

How to use the app.

Register your office using our REGISTER button, once verified you will be able to access the NEW REFERRAL page.

Using app for the first time
-------------------------------

The app has two types of subscription methods.
If the user has not subscribed the app, soon after login, directs to the subscription page. After successful subscription app moves to its Home page. If the user has already purchased, App shows Home page.

When using the app for the first time go to the settings page and enter up to 3 specialists that you send your patients to on a routine basis. Don’t worry, you can always switch these “favourites” easily whenever necessary.

If you notice that your preferred specialist is not on our database, the information is incomplete or incorrect-

1) Select the specialty for your referral
2) Press on “click to add Doctor”
3) Press on “Add a specialist”
4) Enter the information

After a short period of verification of information your doctor and/ or your updated listing will be added to our database, and you will be able to add them as your “favourite”

Alternatively, if you wish you can use our “Add/ Update a specialist” feature on the CONTACT US page. Simply take a picture of the referral slip and within a few minutes your specialist information will be reflected on our database.

After picking your specialists, press the “NEW” tab on the bottom of the screen, and start your referral.

An e-mail of your referral and PDF will be sent
1) To your e-mail
2) Your office e-mail for record keeping or printing for the patient.
3) To patients e-mail
4) The specialists e-mail (if available)

This seamless process makes it easy for your specialist to get the referral and follow up directly with your patient.

SUBSCRIPTIONS-

Direct Dental Referrals is a subscription service. Subscriptions can be on a monthly basis, or yearly.

Monthly subscriptions are sold at 5$ US a month, or 50$ US per year. With this monthly or yearly subscription you are entitled to send unlimited amount of referrals to your specialists.

Payment for your subscriptions once confirmed will be charged to your iTunes account, and the Subscription renews automatically every month or year, unless your Auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 Hours before the end of the current period.

Note that your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same cost of 5$ per month, or 50$ per year (US dollars). Your subscriptions may be managed by the user and the auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Setting on your iPhone after purchase.

You may not cancel your subscription during an active subscription period.

Trial periods are offered, it will be forfeited when the user purchases the monthly or yearly subscription to Direct Dental Referrals.

For monthly subscription, theres s trial period of 1 month and for annual subscriptions, we provide 3 months of trial period.
